Firstly you will receive a consultation with your professional Teeth Whitening Spa technician and the shade of your teeth will be recorded. You then get to lay back and relax. A plastic check retractor is gently placed into the mouth, allowing the mouth to remain comfortably open during the treatment. Your gums and lips are then applied with a protective barrier. The BEYOND™ WhiteSpa whitening gel is then applied to your teeth and the light is now switched on and beamed into the mouth. This process accelerates the whitening gel to power whiten your teeth and remove years of staining whilst you continue to relax. This process is performed for three 10 minute sessions. The mouth retractor is removed, followed by a rinse with warm water ready to show your brightest smile.
After Care
For 24 hours after the BEYOND™ WhiteSpa Select treatment:
A (white diet) is extremely important to follow after any teeth whitening procedure. You should avoid any food or drink that will cause discoloration e.g. tea, coffee, cola, red wine, curry etc.
Do not smoke cigarettes or use any tobacco-containing products.
Do not use coloured toothpaste or mouthwash.
To maintain your BEYOND™ smile over the long term:
Touch-up treatments are suggested every six months. Ask your technician about single-cycle touch-ups and schedule your next visit.
Brush your teeth regularly with whitening toothpaste.
Visit your dentist regularly.

Q: Who should undergo the BEYOND™ WhiteSpa® treatment?
A:The BEYOND™ WhiteSpa® treatment provides dramatic results for anyone who wants to whiten their teeth. This includes people with teeth that have been stained by smoking or by substances such as coffee or tea. It also whitens teeth stained by tetracycline or speckled by fluoride.
A:The BEYOND™ WhiteSpa® treatment is not suitable for clients who are pregnant or lactating. The treatment is not suitable for children under the age of 16.
A:After undergoing whitening with the BEYOND™ WhiteSpa® System, teeth shades can brighten between five to 14 shades on the BEYOND™ WhiteSpa® Whitening Shade Guide. Although individual results will depend on how discoloured the teeth were originally, the end result will be whiter, shiny teeth.
A:This varies from person to person and depends on your diet and lifestyle, but the effects usually last for about two years. Periodic touch-up treatments are recommended for clients who frequently consume coffee or other staining foods and drinks or for those that use tobacco products.
A:Yes, scientific research has shown that the active ingredients in the BEYOND™ WhiteSpa® Whitening Gel are effective and safe for cosmetic tooth whitening. A:As with all cosmetic teeth whitening treatments, this treatment is only effective on natural teeth. Any veneers, crowns or caps will only lighten to their original colour.
A:Most clients experience no pain or sensitivity during or after the treatment. However, a very small percentage of clients may feel some minor tooth sensitivity, especially if he or she consumes very cold or hot foods or drinks within a few hours after the treatment. Therefore it is recommended that clients avoid consuming extremely hot or cold food or beverages for the first 24 hours following the treatment.
